A different approach

Imagine this scenario

A prospective tenant wants to rent your property.

The tenant completes identity, employment, income, affordability and applicable verification checks. You receive the relevant verification outcome and retain final approval over the tenancy.

Instead of requiring the entire security deposit before move-in, you may choose to allow a qualified tenant to pay part of the deposit upfront and complete the remaining deposit according to an agreed schedule.

ResolvedIQ manages the payment process, records, reminders and routine payment follow-ups.

Example:

Monthly rent: ₱20,000
Traditional move-in: ₱60,000
Possible flexible move-in: ₱30,000

The remaining security deposit is then built according to the agreed payment schedule.
